Shipping
After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Planet Peace is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping service used.  We cannot credit for orders not received after 21 if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made.  Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification.  Neither Planet Peace, which includes Remi Fashions, nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if a product is damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your delivery to request a refund or exchange.  Returned items must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging. 
Easy Return and Exchange Process

Please include your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and an your contact information including email and phone. 
Ship your return and email our  customer care as above the tracking number associated with your return. We are not responsible for returns that not received.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and refund to be given. Any items being exchanged will be shipped immediately (granted they are in stock) once your return is accepted.
